2025 Utah Football Season Recap

The Utah Utes football delivered an outstanding 11-2 season in 2025, emerging as one of the top teams in the Big 12 Conference. Utah opened the year with a dominant road victory over the UCLA Bruins and quickly built momentum with convincing wins during the early nonconference portion of the schedule. The Utes played their home games at the energetic Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City, where they consistently delivered strong performances in front of their home crowd.

Throughout the season, Utah showcased a powerful offense and physical defense, recording impressive victories over several conference opponents, including the Arizona State Sun Devils, Colorado Buffaloes, and the Baylor Bears. One of the most exciting games of the season came in a high-scoring win against the Kansas State Wildcats, highlighting the Utes’ ability to win close contests.

Utah finished the regular season with another strong road victory over the Kansas Jayhawks before closing the year with a convincing bowl performance. The Utes defeated the Nebraska Cornhuskers in the Las Vegas Bowl at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. The 44-22 win secured Utah’s 11th victory of the season, giving fans an exciting finish to a memorable 2025 campaign.
